Friday 23rd January
The Warm-Up
7 PM Thereses gate 47, 0354 Oslo
Come grab a drink with us at Cafe Nero - the place where it all started, the bar where we met for the very first time.
No formal plans or seating charts here, just a casual "welcome" to the weekend for those that can.
We’ll be hanging out from 7:00 PM.
Drop in for a quick “hallo” or stay for the long haul!
Saturday 24th January
The Ceremony
1 PM Gamle Aker Kirke
We are so excited to exchange our vows in this historic church. We will be joined by some wonderful musicians to help us celebrate.
A Note on Photos: We kindly ask that you keep your phones put away and stay in-the-moment with us during the service. We promise to share our professional photos with you later!
No Confetti. Please note that confetti of any kind is strictly forbidden at the church and the venue. The sites are very strict, and we will be fined for any cleanup, so please help us stay out of debt!
Drinks & Snacks
2 PM
We will step aside for photos with our families after the ceremony.
At this point, the choice is yours… You can do your own thing or join our toastmaster Alfie on a picturesque 10-minute walk down Telthusbakken directly to the venue.
What ever you choose, drinks and snacks will be served on your arrival and we ask everyone to be at Ingensteds around 4pm
❄️ Watch Your Step: Please take extra care on the walk… January in Oslo can be very icy, especially around the steep hill to the church. Take a bolt or taxi to save your hips if you feel wobbly!
The Couple Arrives
4.00 PM Ingensteds
We will join you at Ingensteds to officially kick off the evening together!
The evening begins with a meal of Asian-inspired tapas, tasty wine, and a few (hopefully) funny stories from a few of our favourite people.
If you would like to raise a glass, share a story, or plan a surprise for us, please get in touch with our Toastmaster, Alfie Ryder.

Party Time
8.00 PM Ingensteds
Once the dinner plates are cleared, the lights will dim and the room will transform. From the first toast to the last song, we can’t wait to celebrate every minute with you.
Pace yourself, the dance-floor is open until 3am!
Sunday 25th January
The De-Brief
Early… 9.30am KOK Oslo Sauna, Aker Brygge
We´re organising an hour-long floating sauna/ice bathing trip on the fjord for those those brave souls that want to experience the Norwegian winter.
Spaces are limited, so please let one of us know ASAP if you would like to join!
